Project Summary
Tractor Vision was brought in to design and fabricate the full event environment for a Hall of Fame induction ceremony drawing an A-list guest list — including then-Vice President Kamala Harris — demanding a build that matched the prestige of the occasion at every touchpoint. The design language was refined and consistent throughout: white textured plaster, scenic brass paint, dark wood laminate, and dimensional CNC elements working together to create an environment that felt permanent, considered, and ceremonial. The build encompassed a 36' wide engineered stage with white plaster and brass-finished backwall, dimensional CNC logo treatment, round wood-grain columns, and a fabric-stretched brass ceiling supported by stamped engineering drawings; an exterior 40' step-and-repeat wall combining fabric-printed wood-grain graphics with a CNC brass-finish dimensional logo centerpiece and green carpet; a custom round bar in dark wood laminate with brass detail; a 52' scenic entry wall with CNC logo finish; elevated plaster-finish scenic walls; a camera-housing portrait studio; and large-format carpet installation across the full cocktail and event footprint. DJ booth EQ blinds, exterior frosted and printed window vinyl, rolling airline cart wraps, camera riser cladding, and a scenic gold dimensional logo interview backdrop were executed as change orders through the live event window, all delivered on schedule for one of the most high-profile evenings on the calendar.
